Job Description:
1.Abnormal analysis / adjustment of production line;
2. new material / process / equipment incoming validation;
3.SPC data collation, SPC control settings and CPK review;
4. various Control Run engineering experiments and overdue material evaluation.
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical / electronic / automation;
2. experience in SMT process, semiconductor package, dispensing machine, Sawing process and equipment;
3.Excellent fresh graduates are also acceptable.
